It’s probably for the best, but the 2020 Olympics have been postponed. This year is definitely running head first into crazy town. It is with deep sadness that I say goodbye to a dear friend. RIP my beautiful coffee machine! You were a part of my everyday, and your loyal service for the past 12 years shall not be forgotten. A new set of mini skull paintings I’ve been working on! This one in particular is dedicated to Erzulie, a Haitian Loa of Love. A Loa is a spirit or goddess, and this particular one has many forms (almost like the triple goddess): Erzulie Freda the virgin, Erzulie Dantor of passion (also the patron loa of lesbians), or La Siren of motherhood.
